Jeremy Blanton is the director of managed services research for TSIA. In his role, Jeremy is responsible for leading and delivering TSIA member organizations with operational best practices, fact-based education, and insight into the performance and operations of their managed services business.
Jeremy is an experienced IT Services executive with 25+ years of experience in IT and Managed Services businesses, serving in multiple vice president roles over the past 8 years. In his most recent role, as VP of Services for Logicalis, overseeing all technology services in North America, he led the transformation of his organization in designing, planning, and building a Customer Success function, while increasing Managed Services gross profits.
Jeremy has also served as Global Vice President of GFES Operations and Vice President of Field Operations for NSC Global, a professional and managed services resourcing organization, where he had direct strategic responsibility for global shared services and global field services. He honed his services expertise with previous leadership roles at Atos and Siemens IT Solutions and Services.
